How does the delivery process work?

All the deliveries are made through highly reputed courier services with which we have special tie-ups. We have our own logistics network in the area near us. In case of large deliveries, we ship them out directly to clients from the warehouse. If there is any problem in delivering any product, our customer service representatives will get in touch with you. If your item is not delivered on time or if your area courier company is under the service, we make sure we contact our clients beforehand.

Do you offer cash on delivery?

At this point, we do not offer any cash on delivery. We are working towards activating this service to make it easier for customers to purchase from us. At the current moment, we haven’t tied down with any courier companies for cash on delivery offer. Keep checking this page for any further updates on the same.

Do you ship to various locations? What are the shipping costs?

We deliver all across India and we mostly cover all Pin Code areas in the country. Our shipping costs are quite standard. We charge a flat fee of Rs. 200 for an order below Rs.500.
How much time does the delivery take?

Depending on your location, the goods can take up to 7 to 10 working days. If there is any further delay, you will be contacted by our team.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order is dispatched, confirmation mail will be sent to you. In the case, you want to know the status of the order, you can call our customer service number 0172-4655867 or email us on info.healtheveryday@gmail.com. Our customer support will update you with the status of your order’s shipment.
What if my parcel is damaged or has any issues?

We make sure we do not send out damaged products, but if you notice that your parcel is damaged or has some issues, refuse to accept it. Take pictures of the damaged pieces and drop us an email on info.healtheveryday@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the damaged piece. State the issue and what was exactly wrong with your package. What if the delivery is late?

If it takes more than 10 days for your parcel to reach, you can simple give us a call or send a complain email to our customer service. We will fix your problem within no time and make sure your package is at your doorstep. If the courier company fails to deliver or loses the parcel, we will not be responsible for the loss. If you do not collect your package, and it is sent back to our address, our representatives will contact you as soon as we get the package.
