All the shipments are inspected carefully before dispatch. Although, sometimes due to unforeseen situations, if you receive a damaged or puffed pack, then the below-listed terms will apply for a mutually consented resolution of the problem.
1. PLEASE DON’T OPEN/ACCEPT THE DAMAGED/PUFFED/OPENED PACK AND RETURN THE SAME TO DELIVERY GUY
2. We accept return only within the first week of delivery.
3. You must report to the customer service through email or phone within 24 hours of returning the pack.
Things to remember: –
1. Please make sure you have the invoice and the product is in its original packaging when you are returning it. The presence of the tags on the product is a must when you are returning it.
2. Keep in mind to attach the invoice we sent along the package.
3. Once you ship the product back to us, please provide us with the AWB number given to you by your courier company.
4. The refund will be processed once we have received the products.
5. We will refund the payment in the same way as the payment was made. For example, if you used your credit card or net banking, we will refund the money to that account.
6. We don’t refund the shipping costs paid by you if you choose to return the product by any other courier.
7. When it comes to quality control of the product, we need the batch number and manufacturing date.
If the item is in a damaged condition or there is a manufacturing defect or wrong item has been sent: –
If you get a damaged item, manufacturing defected item or wrong item; please get in touch with our customer services within 24 hours’ post receiving it. It is essential that you safely keep the packaging items like the invoice, products, etc. When you contact us, we will provide instructions on how you can replace the item and receive your fresh piece.
If you require a replacement of the product, we will ship it as early as possible without any extra shipping charges.
In case the original item you ordered is not possible to ship, you can replace it with another product or ask for a refund.
